Children: 0 -12, Guests over 12 are considered adults.
Pets: are not allowed at the property
Dron and professional photography equipment: We don’t allow professional devices and drones at the property. In case of use, you will be subject to a penalty of USD 300.00

Taxes: We add a 16% VAT and 3% Hotel tax. If there are government modifications, they will affect your total charge.
Service and Hotel fee: 5% of Service fee (apply for Villas and Casitas Lofts)
Service charge: 15% for food and beverage, also applies to room service.
Maximum occupancy: 2 adults for Cabañas, Casitas, and Casita Loft.Villas from 8-10 according to the maximum capacity of each Villa
Payments: All reservations need to be paid in full at the moment of confirmation or prior arrival.
Cancellation policy: Charges apply, according to the policies stated in your rate at the moment of reservation and might equal your total stay.
No Show: we will charge 100% of the total reservation with taxes
Early departure: 100% of the total stay will apply
Payment methods: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Cash.
European Plan: Rates are in EP. No food and beverages are included.
Breakfast: Some of our promotions and campaigns include complimentary breakfast for a máximum of 2 people, at scheduled times
Extra beds: not available
Internet: Wi-Fi in rooms and public areas
Devices: To help you disconnect from the everyday rush and experience Tulum and its environment, our rooms have no devices, such as (TV, speakers, phone, coffee maker, etc.)
Pool: open from 9 am to 7:30 pm.
Smoking: All rooms and hotel areas are 100% smoke-free. A penalty of USD 250.00 will apply in case of smoking.

INTERNAL POLICIES

Registration and identification of the Owner and/or Guest
- The Owner and/or Guest must sign himself/herself up in the PPP Registration Form and present the Administration an official ID. (Foreign Guests must present either Passport or National ID)
- If you fail to comply with this Policy, PPP will deny the accommodation; and is entitled to request, if appropriate, the applicant’s and companion’s ID.
- Lodging
- The Guest, per the Company, will specify in the Registration Card the number of nights that he will stay at PPP
- Check-In and Check-Out Times. Check-in is at 15:00 hrs. Check-out is at noon. In case that the Guest checks-in between 00:00 hrs. And 6:00 hrs. we will charge an additional night.
- In case of extra Room charges, Guests must sign a guarantee or a credit card voucher at the Front Desk during Check-in.
- Handling of furniture and internal equipment
- Guests must give a moderate and rational use to Room’s furniture and cannot damage, destroy or redecorate the room.
- For theft, breakage of furniture, equipment, and/or facilities, the responsible customer will be consigned to the competent authorities and must pay the damage caused.
- When leaving the room, every Guest must close the Windows, Doors and Water Faucets, and turn the lights off.

Guarantee of safety in the property.
- No guest has the right to grant accommodation to another person without the prior knowledge of the Hotel. The additional person must register and pay the corresponding fee established at the Front Desk.
- PPP is not responsible for the losses that the Guest could suffer as money and/or values. The Guest must make use of the safety-boxes that exist for this purpose in the Rooms.
- The possession and use of Drugs is a Federal Crime and will be reported to the Competent Authorities.
- The use of the allocated room is exclusive for lodging. It is strictly prohibited to use it for illicit or activities contrary to the law. PPP is not responsible for the mishaps and/ or illegal activities that could cause the guest and non-guest that the guest admits in his room.
- Mexican Law forbids the use of Rooms for betting or gambling purposes. It is prohibited to hold meetings that alter the order or violate the law in any of its Forms.
- In accordance with the General Law for Tobacco Control, smoking is prohibited in all Rooms and closed areas of the Hotel to maintain spaces 100% smoke-free. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor spaces and on room terraces keeping the door to room closed.

Visitors and extra persons
- Unless a visitor registers as an additional person with the consent of the Guest, visitors must register at the Front Desk and must cover the corresponding payment of USD 100.00 plus 19% taxes.
- Your guests are welcome to our premises, previous notice is required. Access is only allowed to public areas. They must pay minimum consumption fees required for any other guests at the Beach Club or restaurant. Additional guests may not enter guests’ rooms. Guests entering to the Villas must register presenting an identification, a day fee applies and full rate applies if guests stay overnight.

Guest agreements.
- Guests are forbidden to alter the order or cause discomfort to other Guests within PPP and scandals, causing fights, introducing musicians, playing music at high volume, making bets, etc.
- Pets are not allowed in this property except those who assist the disabled with authorization.

Dispositions
- The forgotten objects and values will remain in Custody in a term of thirty days. Once this term ends with no claim, the Hotel will not be held responsible for forgotten valuables.
- PPP is not responsible for Food and Beverages consumed outside the restaurants and bars of the Hotel.
